That's exactly why we've built one of the most generous and customer-friendly return programs in the industry.

We don't want you to keep a pillow you don't love. If Laurior isn't right for you, we'll make returning it simple, fast, and completely free. No restocking fees. No return shipping costs. No runaround.

This Return & Refund Policy explains, in full detail, every option available to you, exactly how each process works, the timelines involved, and what we need from you to make it happen quickly. Please read it carefully so you know precisely what to expect. By placing an order on laurior.com, you agree to the terms described below.

3. The Laurior 120-Day Guarantee

We stand behind every pillow we make. That's why each Laurior pillow comes with a 120-day satisfaction guarantee, starting from the day your order is delivered (as confirmed by the carrier's tracking record).

3.1 What it covers

If, for any reason at all, you decide Laurior isn't the right fit for you within those 120 days, you are entitled to return it. You don't need to explain why. You don't need to prove anything. Whether the pillow is too firm, too soft, simply not what you imagined, or you just changed your mind — your guarantee applies.

3.2 The only condition

To qualify for a return under the 120-Day Guarantee, the pillow must still be in good, usable condition — meaning it is not broken, torn, ripped, or structurally damaged through misuse. Normal use is completely fine; we expect you to actually sleep on it. We simply ask that the product is returned intact.

3.3 How to start your 120-Day Guarantee return

Starting a return takes about two minutes:

  1. Email us at info@laurior.com. Our support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and replies in under 2 hours on average.
  2. Tell us you'd like to use your 120-Day Guarantee. That's all the explanation we need — no questions asked.
  3. Provide two details so we can locate and verify your order:
    • Your order number (found in your confirmation email), and
    • The shipping address on the order.

3.4 What happens next

Once we've confirmed your order, here's exactly how the return unfolds — entirely at our expense:

  1. We email you a prepaid return shipping label, paid for in full by Laurior. You pay nothing for return shipping.
  2. You repack the pillow in a box or its original packaging, print the label, and attach it to the outside of the package.
  3. The carrier (typically USPS) picks it up directly from your address within the next 2 business days — you don't need to visit a post office or drop it off anywhere unless you prefer to.
  4. Once the pillow is on its way back to us, we process your refund, exchange, or replacement according to your preference (see Section 6).

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items (30-Day Window)

While the 120-Day Guarantee covers changes of mind, items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect are handled under a dedicated process with a 30-day reporting window.

4.1 Reporting window

If your pillow arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, you must notify us within 30 days of the delivery date, as confirmed by the tracking number associated with your shipment.

If a defect or damage is not reported within these first 30 days, we will reasonably assume the item was received in good condition and that any later issue arose from use after delivery. We therefore strongly encourage you to inspect your pillow promptly upon arrival.

4.2 What we cover — 100%

For any pillow that is genuinely damaged, defective, or incorrect, Laurior covers 100% of the cost. There is no charge to you of any kind. When you report a qualifying issue within the 30-day window, you choose the resolution that suits you best:

  • A full refund, or
  • A free replacement of the same pillow, or
  • An exchange for a different option.

The choice is entirely yours — carte blanche. We will never push you toward one option over another.

4.3 How to report a damaged or defective item

  1. Email us at info@laurior.com within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.
  3. Where possible, attach a photo of the damage or defect. This is not mandatory, but it helps us process your claim and improve our quality control even faster.
  4. We'll confirm your preferred resolution (refund, replacement, or exchange) and, if a return of the item is needed, send you a prepaid shipping label at our cost following the same easy pickup process described in Section 3.4.

5. Order Cancellations

Because every Laurior pillow is made to order by hand, our process is built around your order specifically. We've designed our cancellation policy to be just as flexible as the rest of our service.

5.1 Cancelling before your order ships

You may cancel your order at any time before it ships for a full refund, with no fees and no questions. Simply email info@laurior.com with your order number and let us know you'd like to cancel.

5.2 Cancelling after delivery

Even if your order has already been delivered, you may still cancel and receive a full refund. In that case, we will arrange for the pillow to be returned to us, and Laurior covers the return shipping cost — you pay nothing. We'll email you a prepaid label and arrange carrier pickup, exactly as described in Section 3.4.

This means you are never "locked in." From the moment you order until long after it arrives, you remain in control.


6. Refunds: Method, Timing & Details

6.1 How refunds are issued

All refunds are processed through our secure payment processor, Shopify Payments. Refunds are always returned to the original payment method used at checkout — the same card or account you paid with. For your security and to prevent fraud, we are unable to issue refunds to a different account or payment method.

6.2 When you'll see your refund

Once your refund has been processed on our end, please allow up to 10 days for it to appear on your account or statement. The exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer, which is outside of our control. In many cases the refund appears sooner, but the 10-day window is the maximum you should expect.

6.3 Refund amount

  • Under the 120-Day Guarantee, qualifying returns receive a full refund of the product price. Shipping was free on your original order, so there is nothing to deduct.
  • For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, you receive a 100% refund (or your chosen replacement/exchange) at no cost.
  • There are no restocking fees and no return shipping charges under any of our return programs.

7. Exchanges & Replacements

If you'd prefer a different pillow rather than a refund, or you need a replacement for a damaged item, we're happy to help.

  • Replacements for damaged, defective, or incorrect items are produced and shipped at no charge.
  • Exchanges for a different product are available under both the 120-Day Guarantee and the damaged/defective process.
  • Because each pillow is handcrafted to order, your replacement or exchange will go through our standard made-to-order production process (see Section 8). We'll keep you updated and send tracking as soon as it ships.

8. A Note on Production & Why Our Timelines Work This Way

We believe in full transparency, so it helps to understand how Laurior pillows are made — it explains both our shipping timelines and why our products perform so well.

Every Laurior pillow is handcrafted to order in our Brooklyn, New York facility. We deliberately do not mass-produce pillows and store them on shelves for months. A pillow that sits unused gradually loses some of its supportive structure and functionality — much like a car that's rarely driven slowly loses performance. By building each pillow fresh after you order, we guarantee that what arrives at your door is performing at its absolute peak.

Here's the typical timeline:

  • Production begins within 2 business days of your order.
  • Hand-crafting the pillow takes approximately 1 business day.
  • Curing and final preparation takes approximately 3 business days.
  • Total preparation is roughly 5–6 business days, after which we package your pillow in Laurior packaging and email you a tracking number.
  • You'll typically receive your tracking number about 1 week after purchase, with delivery in the United States taking a further 2–3 business days.

This made-to-order approach is the reason our return and cancellation policies are so flexible — we'd rather give you total freedom to change your mind than rush a lesser product to your door.


9. International Returns

We ship primarily within the United States (2–3 business days), and also offer shipping to Canada (4–7 business days), the United Kingdom (4–7 business days), and the rest of the world (4–8 business days).

The same return programs described above apply to all destinations. For returns originating outside the United States, please contact info@laurior.com first. Our team will provide the correct prepaid return method and instructions for your country, always at our cost, and guide you through any customs paperwork if required.


10. Items That Cannot Be Returned

To protect the health and safety of all our customers, we are unable to accept returns of pillows that have been:

  • Structurally broken, torn, or ripped through misuse or accident (this voids eligibility under the 120-Day Guarantee — though damage that arrived from us is fully covered under Section 4), or
  • Soiled, stained, or rendered unhygienic to a degree that prevents safe handling.

Normal, everyday sleep use does not disqualify a return. These exclusions apply only to genuine misuse or unsanitary condition. If you're ever unsure whether your item qualifies, just ask us — we review every situation fairly and lean toward saying yes.

Laurior pillows are premium sleep accessories designed to support comfortable, restful sleep. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. If you have a medical concern, including a diagnosed sleep disorder, please consult a licensed healthcare professional. This notice does not affect your statutory rights or any of the return rights described in this policy.


12. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Return & Refund Policy limits or removes any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction. Where local law grants you greater rights than those described here, those rights apply. This policy is intended to add to your legal protections, never to reduce them.
