At Laurior, we believe great sleep is worth the wait — and we believe you deserve complete transparency about exactly when your pillow will arrive. This Shipping Policy explains, in full detail, how we produce and ship your order, how long each stage takes, where we ship, what it costs, and how to track your package every step of the way.

The most important thing to understand up front is that every Laurior pillow is handcrafted to order. We don't pull your pillow off a shelf — we make it fresh, specifically for you. This is the secret behind our product's performance, and it's the reason our timelines work a little differently from a typical online store. We explain why below, because we want you to order with total confidence and clear expectations.

2. Free Shipping on Every Order

Shipping is completely free on all orders, to every destination we serve. There are no minimum purchase requirements, no hidden handling fees, and no surprise charges at checkout. The price you see is the price you pay.


3. Why Our Pillows Are Made to Order

We deliberately do not mass-produce pillows and store them in a warehouse for months. Here's why: a pillow that sits unused gradually loses some of its supportive structure and functionality — much like a car that's rarely driven slowly loses performance over time. A pillow built and then left sitting simply doesn't perform the way it should.

To guarantee that every customer receives a pillow performing at its absolute peak, we handcraft each one fresh after you place your order, in our Brooklyn, New York facility. This made-to-order approach is the reason our preparation time is a little longer than a store shipping pre-made stock — and it's exactly why the pillow that arrives at your door performs the way it was engineered to.

We think that's a trade worth a few extra days. We hope you'll agree once you sleep on it.


4. Order Processing & Production Timeline

Here is exactly what happens after you place your order, step by step:

  1. Order received & production begins: within 2 business days of your purchase, our team begins preparing your order.
  2. Handcrafting: building your pillow by hand takes approximately 1 business day.
  3. Curing & final preparation: the pillow then goes through approximately 3 business days of curing and final preparation to ensure it's ready to perform.
  4. Packaging & dispatch: once ready, we carefully package your pillow in Laurior packaging and hand it to the carrier.

Total preparation time is approximately 5–6 business days. You'll typically receive your tracking number by email about one week after your purchase.

Please note: "business days" refers to Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Production timelines are estimates and may vary slightly during periods of high demand or around holidays.


5. Shipping Times After Dispatch

Once your pillow has been produced, packaged, and handed to the carrier, estimated delivery times are as follows:

To estimate your total time from order to doorstep, combine the preparation time (approximately 5–6 business days) with the shipping time for your destination. For example, a typical United States order arrives roughly one week to ten days after purchase.

All delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. While we and our carriers work hard to meet them, actual delivery can be affected by factors outside our control (see Section 9).

7. Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we'll send a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way. If you haven't received your tracking number within about a week of your purchase:

  1. Check your email spam or promotions folder.
  2. Confirm the email address on your order was correct.
  3. Contact us at info@laurior.com — we'll locate your order and tracking details right away.

We monitor shipments on our end as well, and we're always happy to help you track down a package.


8. Shipping Carriers

Orders are typically shipped via USPS and other trusted carriers, depending on your destination and the most reliable option available. Once your package is with the carrier, delivery is handled according to the carrier's network and schedule.


9. Shipping Delays & Circumstances Beyond Our Control

We do everything in our power to get your pillow to you on time. However, certain factors are outside our control and may occasionally cause delays, including:

  • Carrier delays, backlogs, or operational issues
  • Severe weather or natural events
  • Customs processing and inspections for international orders
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout
  • Public holidays and peak seasonal periods

If your order is significantly delayed, please reach out to us — we'll investigate with the carrier and keep you informed. While we can't control carrier networks, we will always do our best to help resolve the situation.


10. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, returned, or lost because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided. If you realize you've made a mistake, contact us as soon as possible at info@laurior.com — if your order hasn't yet shipped, we'll gladly update the address. If it has already shipped to an incorrect address you provided, additional shipping costs may apply to resend it.


11. International Orders: Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped outside the United States, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. They are not included in the product price or collected by Laurior at checkout. Customs processing may also add time to your delivery. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you'd like to understand potential charges before ordering.


12. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Damaged in transit: if your pillow arrives damaged, you're fully covered. Please report it within 30 days of delivery under our Return & Refund Policy, and we'll make it right with a full refund, replacement, or exchange — your choice, at no cost to you.
  • Lost in transit: if tracking indicates your package is lost or hasn't moved for an extended period, contact us at info@laurior.com and we'll open an investigation with the carrier and work to get you a resolution.
  • Marked delivered but not received: if tracking shows delivery but you can't find your package, please check with household members and neighbors, then contact us so we can assist.

13. Order Changes & Cancellations

Because each pillow is made to order, timing matters. If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at info@laurior.com.
